Mentorship Group: Make January Count

You’ve just completed the first week of 2016. Did you came out of the gate confident and raring to go?
If so, I applaud you.
For many though, this is a funky week. Everything feels a little rusty. Those big goals you set last month are not feeling so invigorating now that it’s time for the rubber to meet the road, and you actually have to take action.
Doubt can creep in as you start over thinking things.
Don’t waste January in a funk only to roll onto February behind the power curve.
Less than 20% of people achieve their New Years resolution, and I consider your 2016 income goal a resolution.
Why is this?
Because people don’t have structures in place to support them.
Structure gives you freedom. It also gives you results.
Without structure, reaching your goals is almost impossible.
The tricky part is that creating structure is hard to do alone. Implementing it is hard enough, being consistent is even more so.
That is where the Mindset – Marketing – Sales Mentorship Group comes in. You can pull from the knowledge and accountability of the group to create the structure you need for success. This leap frogs you miles ahead of where you would have been otherwise.
Plus, we’re adding something new this year. Implementation time. This means no more over thinking things. It’s a time to sit down, take action, get results and move on.
How good does it feel when you have a bright idea and it actually gets done rather than weighing down your to do list making you feel guilty?
That is one of the many things the group will do for you.

Tomorrow is the 4th. This is your reminder – it’s okay to take time off. Just because technology allows us to work anytime, anywhere doesn’t mean you should. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do, is to do nothing productive at all. Enjoy the day and be present. To your success! Nicole

I’ll admit it, I’m not great at asking for help. Even when I know I need it. There are a variety of reason I struggle with asking: I’m busy and taking a step back to asses what I can outsource feels like one more task I don’t have time for. The task is something I’m…

Closings, getting mutual on a contract, receiving a referral – there are lots of wins in real estate. Each one brings a shot of adrenaline that feels amazing.
