Make this your mantra today and every day. It goes back to last week’s post about the book Simply Said and focusing on the outcome you want for the other person more than your own outcome.
If your goal is to “get the listing” – the best way to do that is to focus on your client and make sure they feel comfortable and confident in the process and your system.
Adding value is often a series of small gestures that create a big result.
- Be present and listen for pain / pleasure
- Be respectful and show up on time
- Anticipate your clients next question and answer it before they have a chance to ask.
Spend 5 minutes each morning focused on your business AND your family and ask:
How can I add value today
Anything done from that position is guaranteed to go well and move you toward your goal faster and with a lot less stress.
