The Energy Of Enoughness
The Holidays are here. The New Year is coming. There is a beauty this time of year about reflecting on what has happened in the last 12 months and dreaming into what we want the next 12 to bring. But there is an in between that can get a little sticky – like you’re stuck in between 2 worlds.
What did you accomplish in the last 12 months? Did you reach your goals personally, professionally and financially? Did you accomplish enough?
What about next year? Are you enough to accomplish what you set out to do? Do you have what it takes?
Feeling gratitude, joy and appreciation for things is great. But at your the core, there is an energy about how you feel about yourself.
To create more, you need to know that you are enough already. And YES it’s okay to want more. It’s normal to want more. It’s part of the fun of life. But creating more from a sense of lack is almost impossible.
And so I encourage you to look back on your year and realize all that you have accomplished.
Need some inspiration and a few reminders? Go through your pictures for the last year (Thank you Erin for the suggestion) and realize all of the amazing things you have done, received and accomplished.
Know that:
- You are enough
- You have everything you need to succeed right now
- The Universe wants you to succeed
