Reach for what you want

The first week of school and mercury retrogade made for a full week! It might have been a 4 day week on paper since Labor Day was Monday, but we managed to fit in a full 5 days of life!

As the seasons change, so do our routines. It can take a bit to adjust. Ryan is a junior in high school and this is the first time ever that the house looks normal after everyone leaves for the day. Usually it’s complete chaos of meal prep, laundry, etc. 14 years in and we’ve finally managed a somewhat smooth transition.

September always feels like back to school and back to business. As you look at the calendar and the months left in the year, you have 2 choices:

  • Do you pull back on your goals because there might not be enough time?

OR

  • Do you reach for what you want and trust that the time will be there?

Your answer matters more than the actions you take.

Your energy, thoughts and mindset affect everything. As we get back to routines after a summer of fun and less structure, take some time to reset your energy and your beliefs. Make sure they support the goals that you are reaching for.
