3 Things That Make The Biggest Difference In My Business

The topic of the week has been goals and business planning.

Nancy and I released a new podcast episode around goals. If your relationship with goal setting is ‘complicated’ this episode is for you.

When it comes to business planning, I’m a big pictures person. Drilling down to small details stresses me out. Instead I focus on the key actions and mindsets that move the needle.

Here are 3 that make the biggest different for me:

➡️ Treating everything that happens as proof that things are working out. I got the listing – great. I didn’t get the listing – also great. We weren’t the right fit, and it leaves me open for clients that are. I went deeper into this powerful mindset shift during the masterclass this week. How do to it and the impact it can have. ➡️ I’m always working on asking better questions. What’s your plan B if the market won’t pay you what you want? What happens if you can’t buy in the area you want? What’s your definition of success?

➡️ Anytime someone asks a random real estate question I try and get together for an appointment. I’ve had a lot of random questions turn into transactions because I took the time to find out what was behind the question.
