I’m Doing Some Market Research And Would Love Your Help!

I love connecting with all of you, writing this blog and hosting our quarterly Ninja Mom’s meetings in the Seattle area. It has long been my dream to create some mentorship programs that will help you increase your business and start some coaching programs.
Well now is the time. I’ve got some exciting things going with coaching and Ninja Moms and I would love your input! (in full disclosure this is not directly under Larry and crew, but some adventures that I am embarking on.)
We have an amazing coaching class starting at our office the first part of November designed to help agents succeed in this market with proven techniques that work and do not take a lot of money or ramp up time. We will be focusing on teaching agents how to:
~ Create Clients
~ Convert Clients
~ Close Clients
It matters what you say to people to get them to refer you and it also matters what you say to your clients in those first appointments to a) get them to commit to working with you and b) get them to move through the process so that everyone is happy at the end. (no cheesy scripts, I promise!) I will be teaching my systems that are easy to implement, hugely effective and have helped me buck the trend and have a very successful 2010.
In setting up the classes I would love your feedback on how Ninja Mom’s has helped you. If you could take 2 minutes to fill out this survey I would truly appreciate it:

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this. If you want more info on the classes at our office or coaching, just post a comment below and let me know.
Wishing you much success,
Nicole

What If Everything is An Experiment?
I’ll admit it, I’m not great at asking for help. Even when I know I need it. There are a variety of reason I struggle with asking: I’m busy and taking a step back to asses what I can outsource feels like one more task I don’t have time for. The task is something I’m…

Closings, getting mutual on a contract, receiving a referral – there are lots of wins in real estate. Each one brings a shot of adrenaline that feels amazing. I competed on a listing this week that I didn’t get. It was a great one too – awesome house, great clients. It was one I really wanted. When I got done pouting I took a few minutes to ask myself, ‘where did it go wrong’? Our first appointment was amazing! The second one, not…

‘The first step towards change is awareness. The second step is acceptance. Let us not look back in anger, nor forward in fear, but around in awareness.’ – Source Unknown Last week focused on letting go of the need to play catch up. The only thing that matters is focusing on the present moment. The…

I’ve spent the last few days in Virginia at my favorite real estate conference, Genuine Hustle, where I had the honor of presenting a session on asking powerful questions. Can calls really translate into referrals? Are some more effective than others? When we work with clients it’s easy to go into ‘get it done’ mode. We focus on getting from contract to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible. And to be fair, that’s a big part of what our clients hire us to…
