What If This Time You Finally Felt In Control?

It’s the cycle of life. Or at least the school year.

Every June, spring fever is in full effect and the structure of school, baseball and the real estate market feels too confining. I can’t wait for summer break to ‘just let things flow’. You know, those easy breezy days of summer that are filled with spontaneous fun and relaxation? In reality, those days don’t really happen, it’s 2 months of divide and conquer for baseball and trying to make sure the kids are up before noon.

By the time September rolls around I’m ready for some military precision where early is on time, on time is late and we get more done before 9am than most people do all day.

Whether you have kids at home, or not, September is the perfect time to refocus. It’s like a mini new year when you can evaluate your goals, make adjustments to realign with them, and there’s still enough time to get things going and make an impact.

But, what if you are ready to conquer the world, and you aren’t quite sure what to do next? How confident and in control do you feel about actually getting it done?

Because if you’ve listened to the news lately or read any of the predictions, it’s not awesome. And yet, real estate will happen anyway – because no matter what, people always need a place to live.
