The Power Of Playing Full Out

I attended an amazing business retreat last weekend, hosted by the lovely Lisa Sasavich in Scottsdale at the Camelback Inn, which I highly recommend the next time you are looking for  a winter getaway.

We covered so many amazing topics, but one of the best things that happened was making the decision to play full out in everything that I did that weekend.

I participated in the role playing exercises (which I usually detest because I feel like a dork), I went full out in the amazing race competition that we did, and I went full out with being 100% present in everything that I did that weekend.

The result was amazing! I learned SO much from those goofy role playing exercises, made some amazing connections and got so much more out of the retreat that I usually do when I go to something like that.

Life is so much more fun when you play full out in whatever you are doing.  Chances are if you are not getting the results you want in life it is because you are not fully committed to the actions you are taking.  Make the commitment to yourself that you will play full out today and see what happens.

Excellent advice, Nicole! Our minds are great at coming up with a gazillion “reasons” why we’re not getting the results we want…but the reality is they all boil down to the fact that we’re not playing full out…we haven’t really made the commitment.

And once you do…amazing things begin to happen.
