Mentorship Sneak Peek + a Tip To Use Right Now

Last week wrapped up our winter session of the Mentorship Group. The Spring Session starts in April, and registration opens today.
Each time a new round starts a common question is: What do you cover?
I shot a video after last week’s session to recap what we went over, and share one of the most powerful things we talked about.

This time of year things get a little nutty. Real estate is busy, and so is life. Just when you feel like things are clicking, distractions start coming out of no where. Kids sports schedules, vacations, sun breaks, you name it.
One of the biggest things we worked on last week was the feeling of being really busy with nothing to show for it. Sound familiar?
We were able to narrow their focus and shift some things around to achieve better results and reduce their stress.
Another huge thing we talked about was the power of getting face to face with people. I’ll admit, I have a tendency to hide behind my computer and authentisign.
But it’s important to remember:
Just because it’s convenient doesn’t mean it’s effective.
Since the beginning of the year I have made it a point to meet with clients face to face whenever possible.
Not only have my referrals doubled, but my transactions are going so much smoother. They always say that you can’t read tone in email, and it’s true. Getting face to face with clients helps us to better understand each other, and gives me an opportunity to really see where they might be confused so I can address it right away.
This round we will be covering:
- Where to focus your time and energy for the best results. No more staring at the computer wondering “what am I going to do today”.
- Easy tips to get more clients from each listing.
- Ways to jump off the working too hard with nothing to show for it treadmill.
- Ways to make money now and avoid burn out.
- Accountability to keep you on track.
- Confidence that what you are doing is working.
- Tips to win listings, at your full fee, and write winning contracts for buyers.
The reality is that staying on track is hard to do on your own. The power of face to face also applies to your business, as well as meeting with clients. Getting together once a month works as the curbs to keep you going in the right direction. Whether you join for one round, or come back for multiple sessions, as many agents have, nothing beats the power of focused time on your business.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, then I invite you to join us.
The dates for this round are:
Tuesday April 12th
Tuesday May 10th
Tuesday June 14th
All sessions are 11-2 and meet at my house in Kirkland.

To your success!

Tomorrow is the 4th. This is your reminder – it’s okay to take time off. Just because technology allows us to work anytime, anywhere doesn’t mean you should. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do, is to do nothing productive at all. Enjoy the day and be present. To your success! Nicole

Summer officially starts today! I live for the long days, spur of the moment dinners on the deck with friends, the warm weather, and relaxed vibe. Closings, getting mutual on a contract, receiving a referral – there are lots of wins in real estate. Each one brings a shot of adrenaline that feels amazing.
