Things I Would Win A Gold Medal In If They Were An Olympic Sport

I love the Olympics! The stories, the athletes, the events, all of it! It’s as inspiring as it is entertaining.
The athletes work incredibly hard to compete at that level, and while it’s work, they are leaning into talents that come naturally to them.
Which got me thinking – what if we focused on our natural talents and leaned into those more? It’s the classic debate of do you work to improve your weaknesses, or lean into your strengths and get support around the rest?
I’m all for focusing on your strengths. It’s it a whole lot more fun, and the results are better too.
What strengths can you lean into for the second half of the year? How can you use those strengths – your own gold medal talents to accomplish your goals?
Here are some of the things that come naturally to me that I’m leaning into:
- Details Decoder – My specialty is in zeroing in on the details that matter. The ones that get the best results for the effort and time spent. I can easily and quickly look at someones business and laser in on what those things are. It saves time and money, increases results and makes things a whole lot more fun.
- Intuitive Detective – What role does intuition play in business? A big one. Whether working with a real estate client or coaching an agent – there’s always more to the story when something isn’t working. My specialty is seeing what’s really going on so that we can move past it and get you back on the path to success.
- Celebrating Your Wins – I had lunch with a girlfriend this week who casually mentioned that she swam in the Olympics. Then she shrugged her shoulders like it was no big deal. What????? She is an Olympic athlete – that’s a huge deal!!!! We all do this to some degree – we don’t acknowledge and celebrate the moments in life that matter. I’m here to celebrate with you, distill the wins and the lessons and build you up so that you can do it again!
