Today is the day! Exciting announcements and business tips, all rolled into one!

I have spoken to a few agents lately about their business and they all talked about being so busy with the market that their personal lives are on the back burner.  One agent talked about not being on the golf course as much as he would like.   Another mentioned having to postpone a family vacation.

The interesting thing is that both of them seemed a bit embarrassed.  After all, aren’t we supposed to do big business and have a life?  That’s what it is all about and what I talk about a lot here at The Success Perspective.  The reality, though, is that sometimes you just need to put your head down and work.

The market has been slow for the last few years and there has been a big shift in the last few months.  Properties are selling and confidence is returning to the market. For the first time in 5 years, agents are making money and feeling confident about their cash flow.  Hurray!  NOW is the time to capitalize on that.

The key is to do it and maintain your sanity.  This may be the year you catch up on your finances versus taking a 3 week vacation.  But how do you do it without running yourself into the ground?  What are the best tools to be using in your business right now that will allow you to fully capitalize on this market to help your clients and make money?  Or maybe you are flustered, feeling like the great market is passing you by and you can’t quite get into the swing of things.

Either way, I have 2 workshops coming up that will help you with exactly what you need for today’s market.  Click HERE for more info.

I know that your time is precious and your brain is overloaded.  You need solid strategies that work and are easy to implement.  I’ve got you covered!

In the first workshop, we will spend one day focusing on how to work with Buyer’s in today’s market.  If your buyers are frustrated and you are spending a lot of hours not getting paid, you need to be there.

The second workshop will set you up for a successful 4th quarter and springboard you into 2013 with clients who are ready to go.  We all know that it’s about having a plan and working the plan, yet I see so many agents struggling bouncing from one shinny penny to another and not getting solid results.  I’ll share with you exactly what I do in my business and how I set my goals to ensure success.

Click HERE for detailed information on both workshops.  You can pick one or join us for both.

To Your Success!

The Myth of January 1st

January 5, 2024

I was chatting with someone this week who mentioned that they were spending this week journaling, planning and deciding what they want to create in 2024. Sounds awesome! But their last comment got me – I know I should have done this sooner, but… Sooner says who? It got me thinking about all of the…

Metrics vs Joy

December 29, 2023

Ideally it’s both. But somewhere between the joy of dreaming into new goals, and attaching metrics (ie the how) things can go from creative to confining. In the ‘what if’ space – it’s easy to be creative. At this point the possibilities are endless.  There is no right or wrong, pass or fail. Actions and…

Can I Really Have What I Want?

December 8, 2023

Seems like a simple question. Of course the reflex answer is yes. I can absolutely have anything I want. But deep down do you believe it? I just came back from a few days of business planning with 3 amazing agents. When we get together we go deep. It’s WAY beyond what we want our…

When To Let It Be and When to Course Correct

November 17, 2023

I’m over here at my Dad’s still this week. I’ll be here for a total of 11 days. I love the time with him, but his internet is the WORST. I’m actually using my phone as a hot spot to write this post because the internet is so unstable. I’m all for taking time to…
